PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

I hereby grant BJJ Escapes Pty Ltd (ACN 664 720 692) and its related entities the irrevocable right to photograph, record, or otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and/or property during participation in any BJJ Escapes event, training session, or related activity (the Media).

I authorise BJJ Escapes to use, reproduce, edit, alter, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the Media, in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or later developed, worldwide, for lawful purposes including but not limited to marketing, promotion, advertising, education, and editorial use, without compensation.

I acknowledge and agree that:

• All Media is the exclusive property of BJJ Escapes

• I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Media

• I release BJJ Escapes from any claims relating to the use of the Media, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or moral rights (to the extent permitted by law)

This consent is voluntary, informed, and ongoing, and remains valid unless expressly revoked in writing prior to participation in the event.
